Every gift goes directly into programmes in Osun State — keeping children enrolled, equipping faith leaders to respond to violence, and helping women build independent livelihoods.
WHD is funded almost entirely by individuals and congregations who decide that this work matters. There is no large institutional grant behind it.
What your gift does
Our costs are concrete and local: school levies and supplies for a child at risk of dropping out, travel and materials for a community dialogue, seed capital for a woman starting a trade. Because we work through institutions communities already trust, a modest budget reaches further than it otherwise would.
Accountability
We publish a written report at the close of every programme cycle, including where we fell short. You can read them all on our impact reports page before deciding to give.
